He was first certified through the Mind Body Dancer® 200 Teacher Training with TaraMarie Perri. He received his second 200 hour certification from Sacred Sounds Yoga and then finished his 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with OM Yoga. His vigorous classes explore strong imagery, unique sequencing, and a sense of play. He has also lead retreats and training workshops around the world. Inspired from the first time she stepped into the Jivamukti Yoga Center in New York City back in 1994, each visit became an illuminating experience. Learning the balance of spiritual activism and physical action, she gained some equanimity and was given the great honor and blessing to teach. Given this, kindness is the only action worth pursuing, and the best way to uplift our own lives is to do all we can to uplift the lives of others. Over the years she hosted countless workshops, kirtans, master classes and satsungs in Miami and Los Angeles. She traveled several times to Mysore to immerse in Ashtanga practice, and classical Indian music. Today, Loren brings each and every student she teaches the light and love yoga.

The comprehensive teachings of the Jivamukti method ignited her desire to continue studies in yoga and Buddhism as well as eventually pursue teacher training. She completed her 300-hour Certification in 2011 and completed her 800-hour Apprenticeship in 2013 under the irreproachable guidance of Monica Jaggi. Shanna teaches basic through advanced students in the Jivamukti method.

She completed her first teacher training at Pure Yoga in 2009 and graduated from Jivamukti’s 300 hour training in 2010. In 2011 she became an 800 hour certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. Lindsay’s sessions incorporate creative vinyasa sequencing with meditation, devotion and clear intention. It is Lindsay’s goal to encourage students to cultivate joy, grace, mindfulness and spaciousness and to empower them to extend the teachings of yoga to all areas of their lives.

Her style is informed in part by her dance background as she follows a kinetic intuition, finding a progressive thread within each session, and paying specific attention to her client’s goals and needs. Delphina likes to include the powerful teachings of pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation. She focuses on proper alignment, establishes a steady rhythm, offers assistance and adjustments, and strives to cultivate will power with her clients.

Gina is also a contributing writer and photographer to YogaCityNYC and has written numerous articles on yoga, meditation, and Buddhism. These experiences inspired Erik to become a trainer that very much values a well-rounded approach. With 12 years teaching experience combing fitness, Pilates, Yoga, and meditation practice, Erik brings a full rounded session unlike any other.

Her dance experience spans to several forms of dance including flamenco, tap, jazz, and hip-hop. Nina trained seriously as a ballet dancer and scholarship recipient at both Ballet Hispanico and The Joffrey Ballet School New York, and has recently returned from 5 months in Israel spent with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. She is currently dancing and teaching private dance classes around New York and is available for both dance fitness and serious ballet training sessions. She has her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance from Belhaven University, and is currently a company dancer with Dalio Arts and a Guest Artist with Rennie Harris Pure Movement.
